Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days for major cities, and 5–7 business days for other areas.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders.
Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 4000.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS so you can track your shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In case your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details.
